While fall officially begins in September, by November, autumn is in full stride – with lengthening afternoon shadows, shorter days, and chillier temperatures. By this time, the Bay Area may even see the first few leaves changing colors.
It’s also a great time to celebrate the distinct flavors of the season. Bring a friend or the whole family to the Food Hall and create your own special fall celebration at one of our purveyors.
C CASA: An Innovative Taqueria
Featuring the Turkey Taco
The innovative taqueria has taken the traditional turkey and cranberry sauce combo and given it a C CASA twist in the form of a taco. Their house made white corn tortilla is topped with Diestel turkey, fresh cranberry ginger salsa, cotija cheese, lime crema and avocado. Come by and get a head start on fulfilling your turkey and cranberry cravings! It just begs for a hoppy IPA or a glass of red wine to complete the autumnal theme, which are now being served at C CASA’s Emeryville kiosk.
