Public Market was thrilled to host “Sea Walls: Artists for Oceans” mural festival in September.
Presented by Oxford Properties (owner of Public Market) and Stasher, Sea Walls Emeryville from PangeaSeed Foundation was the first Bay Area location of the international mural festival. The event produced 16 ocean advocacy murals throughout the city and various public events designed to increase interest and engagement around marine stewardship and action within the community.
Artist Georgie Nakima from North Carolina, painted a new mural at Public Market on the wall near Super Duper Burgers. So, swing by, snap a selfie and tag us on social and be inspired by ocean-themed artwork from Sea Walls throughout our city.
